Warranty Policy

How warranty claims are handled for products purchased from Import Mart.

Warranty Coverage

At Import Mart, we always try to provide authentic and reliable products to our customers. Warranty support for any product purchased from Import Mart will be applicable only if the product comes with warranty from the vendor, supplier, distributor, or manufacturer.

Import Mart does not provide any separate or additional warranty beyond the warranty offered by the respective vendor, supplier, distributor, or brand. If any warranty-related issue appears after purchase, the claim will be checked and processed according to the warranty policy, terms, conditions, and approval process of the respective vendor or manufacturer.

Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty, customers must contact Import Mart customer support with proper proof of purchase and issue details. Import Mart will review the claim and, if applicable, forward or coordinate the warranty request with the respective vendor, supplier, distributor, or authorized service provider.

Warranty approval, repair, replacement, service time, and final decision will depend entirely on the vendor, supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or authorized service center. Import Mart will assist the customer in the process but cannot guarantee approval, replacement, refund, or specific service time unless confirmed by the respective warranty provider.

Required Documents & Evidence

For any warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Original invoice or order details from Import Mart
  • Product box with all accessories and contents, if applicable
  • Warranty card, sticker, serial number, IMEI, or brand verification details, if applicable
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Unboxing video, especially for courier-delivered products
  • Any other document or proof required by the vendor or manufacturer

Without proper proof, warranty claim may not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement

For products received through courier or delivery service, customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel for the first time. The video should start before opening the parcel and should clearly show the package, shipping label, product box, product condition, accessories, and first-time checking of the product.

If any product is received damaged, missing, wrong, or defective, the unboxing video may be required as proof. Claims without proper unboxing video or evidence may not be accepted.

Reporting Time for Damaged or Defective Products

If any product is received damaged, defective, wrong, or with missing items, customers must inform Import Mart customer support as soon as possible, preferably on the same day of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The product must not be used, damaged further, repaired, opened internally, or modified before informing Import Mart. Late claims or claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty may not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Physical damage, broken parts, scratches, dents, or cracks
  • Liquid damage or moisture damage
  • Burn damage, electric short circuit, or voltage-related damage
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, software change, or tampering
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident, or improper handling
  • Damage to product box or packaging after delivery
  • Missing box, accessories, warranty sticker, invoice, or serial/IMEI information
  • Software update issues, compatibility issues, or brand/manufacturer restrictions
  • Products sold without warranty or marked as non-warranty items

Final warranty eligibility will be decided according to the respective vendor or manufacturer policy.

Repair, Replacement & Service Time

If a warranty claim is accepted, the product may be repaired, serviced, or replaced depending on the vendor or manufacturer's decision. Replacement is not guaranteed and will only be applicable if approved by the respective warranty provider.

Warranty claim processing may take time depending on product type, issue type, service center availability, parts availability, and vendor/manufacturer procedure. Import Mart will try to update customers regarding the claim status, but the final timeline depends on the respective warranty provider.

Brand Official Warranty

For products with official brand warranty, customers may need to visit the brand's authorized service center directly with the required documents. Import Mart may assist customers with guidance or coordination where possible, but official warranty service will be handled according to the brand's own warranty policy.
