Delivery Coverage
Import Mart delivers across all major cities, towns, and districts in Bangladesh. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Some remote or rural areas may experience extended delivery times depending on courier availability and accessibility. You will be notified at checkout if your area has any delivery restrictions.
Inside Dhaka
- Delivery will be completed within 2–3 working days from order confirmation.
- Customers who deposit ৳50 will receive:
- Free delivery for the current order
- The ৳50 deposit will be adjusted with the current order amount
- After deposit, you will be recognized as a Verified Customer, with eligibility for free delivery on selected days for future orders
Outside Dhaka
- Delivery will be completed within 3–5 working days via courier service.
- Customers who deposit ৳50 will receive:
- Free delivery for the current order
- The ৳50 deposit will be adjusted with the current order amount
- After deposit, you will be recognized as a Verified Customer, with eligibility for free delivery on selected days for future orders
Important Notes
- The ৳50 deposit is not an extra charge — it will be fully adjusted against your current order total.
- Verified Customer status unlocks special free delivery promotions on selected days.
- You will be notified via SMS/email about upcoming free delivery days for Verified Customers.
- Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, natural disruptions, or adverse weather conditions.
Payment & Delivery Method
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. Please keep the exact payment amount ready to hand to the delivery agent upon arrival. Our agents do not carry change.
Online payments (mobile banking, card) and the ৳50 deposit are processed securely through our payment partners and are confirmed before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email notification with tracking details. You can also track your order from your account dashboard under My Orders.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable:
- Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- You will be contacted to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.
- If the order is not collected or re-delivery not arranged within 7 days, the order may be cancelled.
